battles Boris BaczynskyjScholastic nite action We are starting a scholastic club, meeting on Friday's from 7:00 - 8:30 P.M. Our purpose is to encourage and develop the talent and abilities of young chess players.
The Masterminds has scholastic night in which it offers instruction and games especially for its youth members. The program is organized by Vice-President Leteef Street, a twelve year member of the United States Chess Federation who has been teaching chess after school and in the summer for the past two years at various local schools.
The Masterminds also runs monthly scholastic tournaments on the Second Sunday of every month.
